Essel Group has appointed Ruchira Srivastava to lead the HR function of companies associated with the Group in Noida.
Prior to this move, Srivastava had a 14-year-long tenure with Zee Media Corporation Limited. In 2021, she took on the role of Chief Human Resource Officer.
In her new role, Srivastava will be instrumental in building people practices for the companies associated with the group.
A spokesperson of Essel group said, “We are confident that she will be able to manage the expectations of all stakeholders considering her performance record over the years”.
