ZEE5, a popular Indian streaming platform, has achieved high ratings on the Android and iOS app stores, with a 4.5/5 rating on Android and 4.8/5 on iOS. The platform attributes this to its user interface and improved user experience, which were developed by ZEE Tech and Innovation Centre in Bengaluru using research, data analytics and user feedback. This has led to multiple technological advancements and a better overall app experience.
