Bengaluru: While first season of Drama Juniors on Zee Kannada created a milestone in the history of Kannada television industry, the channel is set to launch season 2 of the Kids talent hunt.
The success of season 1 was mainly attributed the Judges, veteran film actress Juli Lakshmi, T N Seetharam and Chinnari Mutta Vijaya Raghavendra and the energetic contestants. The credit equally also goes to the Host Master Anand who carried the entire show on his shoulder equally balancing the kids at the other end.
The auditions of Drama Juniors Season – 2 were held in 8 main districts of Karnataka. Mangalore, Shivamogga, Vijapura, Hubballi, Raichur, Chitradurga, Mysore and Bengaluru. The auditions attracted more than 8000+ kids.
In the first season of Drama Juniors, the talented little kids with a whole lot of Cuteness, Energy and Talent proved to be a high on entertainment. The kids were not only of entertainment value but also were a great inspiration to many other kids and their parents. The skits planned & performed by the kids were of exceptional production and entertainment value and this factor upheld the standard of the show at a very high level.
Though daily soaps attract eyeballs and viewership on weekdays, Drama Juniors 2 is expected to be the biggest entertainment property on the weekends. Zee Kananda has been successful in the recent launches with shows like Weekend with Ramesh 3, Pattedari Prathiba, SRGMP 13, Family doctor etc. There is no doubt that Zee Kannada will be a landmark for future entertainment with a niche content and programs.
Drama Juniors Season 2 will commence on Zee Kannada from July 22nd , Every Sat-Sun at 9pm.
