Bengaluru: Yum! Brands, the parent company of KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, and The Habit Burger Grill, has announced the appointment of Manish Jain as the new leader of its Digital and Technology (D&T) Global Capability Center (GCC) in India.
In his new role, Jain will be responsible for leading the company’s India GCC strategy and shared services operations while championing Yum!’s values-driven, people-first culture. He will report directly to James Watts, Chief People Officer, Yum! Digital & Technology.
The D&T GCC in India plays a pivotal role in delivering global technology solutions and shared services across Yum! Brands’ extensive portfolio. The center is critical to advancing Yum!’s tech-enabled growth and innovation strategies worldwide.
Jain brings with him over 20 years of global experience spanning the U.S., Malaysia, and India, with deep expertise in Global Business Services and Capability Center operations. His leadership experience includes strategic roles in consulting, FMCG, and financial services, equipping him with a strong foundation to scale high-performing global teams.
Most recently, he served as Asia-Pacific Service Director and Country Leader for India at Getronics International, overseeing the company’s shared services hub and customer success operations across the region. Prior to that, he was the founding director of BT Group’s Global Business Services unit in India, where he led significant growth over a decade.
