As part of this move, yellow.ai launched Voice AI bots to its existing portfolio of chat automation solutions. Two of India’s largest private banks and a state govt. Electricity Board, among others, are currently using yellow.ai’s voice bots for inbound and outbound customer service. Visual Design
With the rebrand, the company also unveiled a new logo for yellow.ai that marries human creativity and empathy with advanced technology. It is a combination of three core alphabets – Y, A & I with three new colours.

- A & I – represents the technological core of the brand, Artificial intelligence
In line with the new visual identity, yellow.ai has also redesigned its website with a fresh looking and modern user-friendly interface tailored to match global appeal. Furthermore, the company has launched an AI voicebot Mia, to interact and engage with prospects through inbound and outbound campaign automation.
To mark the launch, yellow.ai is hosting a mega-event ‘Envision – Future of Voice AI’ on 22 June. This is a global thought-leadership event, featuring industry experts from Microsoft, Concentrix, VUX, Teleperformance and more, to deep dive into Voice AI and its role in conversational CX.
