Xiaomi has announced that it has used Computer Generated Imagery (CGI) technology to devise a disruptive campaign with the aim of offering an immersive experience. The campaign is being done to promote its recently launched Xiaomi 360° Home Security Camera 2K.
The brand’s latest CGI campaign showcases features of the product while exploring new dimensions in the realm of social media marketing.
The campaign’s aim is to transform the Xiaomi 360° Home Security Camera 2K into a dynamic and whimsical character—a life-size CGI camera meandering through the streets of Mumbai. The CGI camera takes on a persona of its own, complimenting oblivious citizens with a nod to the features of the Xiaomi 360° Home Security Camera 2K.
As it engages with its surroundings, the campaign spotlights features such as AI Human Detection. In order to add an element of surprise and entertainment, the streets come alive with the sound of conversations facilitated by the Two-Way Audio feature. The CGI camera engages in banter, bringing interactivity to the concept of surveillance.
With 360° panorama view capabilities, the camera eradicates blind spots, offering security coverage.
