This Women’s Day, Tata Realty has launched a digital campaign urging their workforce to #UnBurden and embrace equity by using AR and inspirational illustrations wherein people can scan larger-than-life posters placed across Tata Realty’s Intellion office parks across India as well as on the digital platforms.
The goal of the campaign was stated as being able to reshape perceptions about women participation in workforce and to promote gender equity.
Philips Avent:
Philips India has launched #ExpressYourWay campaign, and has partnered with Neha Dhupia to create conversations around the journey of motherhood in honour of Women’s Day.
The campaign is a special initiative that aims to celebrate the multifaceted personality of a woman, especially her role as a mother and roped in Dhupia to perform a stand-up gig talking about the benefits of being a mother.
The campaign aims to highlight the journey of motherhood in the most authentic way possible and the stand-up act delves into relatable anecdotes about motherhood. The key message that the campaign highlights is that the journey of motherhood has challenges, but a mother is strong to manage them in the most perfect way.

Motilal Oswal Financial Services launched “Puch Ke Toh Dekho” campaign to celebrate International Women’s Day by breaking stereotypes. The campaign instead of the usual token gestures of flowers and discounts, ignited a conversation around the role of women in finance and investment.
The campaign raised the question of “When we turn to women for everything, why not turn to them for investments too?” that despite the many achievements of women across various fields, they are still not commonly sought out for investment advice.
Along with this campaign, Motilal Oswal is also putting spotlight on its women employees with a series of “Finspiration” videos which showcase their employees’ achievements, stories, and contributions to the company’s success, highlighting their strengths and resilience.
IDFC Mutual Funds:
This International Women’s Day, IDFC Mutual Fund inspires Women to start a SIP since investing is gender-neutral. The company teamed up with Kimberly Fernandez – Head Coach, Footballer and Founder of ZARS Sports, who is on a mission to inspire more women across the country to get on the field and win their goals as champions. Kimberly highlights that just like the word ‘Champion’, the word ‘investor’ is gender neutral. She exemplifies that gender should not define your game. This International Women’s Day, Helios celebrates ‘her’ with #TimeIsChanging. With a thought-provoking campaign, the watch store took a step towards making women’s empowerment a more inclusive discussion.
The brand recognised that menstrual hygiene is one of the crucial aspects of women’s health but it is often kept a secret. With the aim of shattering this taboo, Helios gave every man who visited their store, a menstrual cup, an eco-friendly and sustainable alternative for them to gift it to the woman in their life, start an open dialogue and make the change.

Keeping in line with the theme of IWD 2023 #EmbraceEquity, DCM Shriram Ltd, a leading business conglomerate, celebrated the women in office with a one–of–its–kind initiative #TheChairSwap.

Vedanta Aluminium has launched an Augmented Reality (AR)-led campaign (a selfie filter) called ‘Sorting Hard-Hat’ on Instagram.
The campaign is focused on attracting women professionals to the manufacturing industry, and sought to enhance the gender diversity present within the sector.
In this year’s edition of the campaign, the instagram filter matches viewers’ personalities with desirable attributes for various departments at Vedanta Aluminium based on the ‘Thinking Hats’ concept, and then invites them to check out the careers page on the company’s website for their dream job.

The campaign aims to highlight the shallow nature of one-day events and encourages people to reflect on what women truly want.
Housing.com:
Housing.com took its commitment to promote women’s empowerment to the next level with its ad film ‘Apna Ghar’. The new Ad Film aims at transforming the perspective of society which uses terms like “apne ghar main karna” with women.
Housing.com created the short brand film ‘Apna Ghar’ exploring Raashi’s (the protagonist’s) confusion every time the term apna ghar is uttered as she has grown up hearing of apna ghar as a place she will have to go to someday which lands her in awkward situations time and again signaling trouble for those around her. In the end, the company asks the viewers to change their views about women and homes.
Kuantum Papers:
Kuantum Papers has launched its #YouAreEnough campaign to celebrate women and their achievements.
The ad film which is a one-minute video depicts a woman’s life with all its ups and downs through the eyes of paper and celebrates her toils, love, heartbreaks and fearlessness. From making her first mark (depicted by a child’s first handprint), through her entire life, a sheet of paper is a constant companion for a woman in various forms like certificates, cards, origami sheets etc. and the brand sought to celebrate this relationship.
