Mumbai: As part of its plans to evolve into an end-to-end strategy house, Wolfzhowl Strategic Instigation, the culture, and behavior change lab and brand consultancy firm has hired Binita Tripathy, a culture-led brand strategist and Prerna Dubey Gupta, a performance marketing-led integrated strategist to strengthen its current team. Wolfzhowl Strategic Instigations was founded 7 years ago by industry veteran Kalyan Ram Challapalli.

Binita Tripathy comes with over 8 years of experience of working in advertising planning and strategy for brands across a gamut of categories – Food & beverages, BFSI, Personal care, Fashion, e-commerce, tobacco, content & broadcasting and consumer durables – paint and cement. Her degree in Economics, enthusiasm for psychology and pop-culture brings to the team eclectic energy. Having worked with agencies like Law & Kenneth, L&K | Saatchi & Saatchi, Bates CHI & Company and Publicis Ambience.
“I wanted to be part of the serious amount of depth and the intensity of strategy that WolfzHowl is known for. And I was also greedy to be a part of the diverse brains that work here. The non-conformist in me is really excited about getting the chance to create bespoke strategic frameworks to solve each unique brand and consumer problem at hand” says Binita.
Prerna Dubey Gupta, on the other hand, is a driven performance marketing practitioner who has spent close to 10 years in digital marketing. She has worked across BFSI, real estate, B2B, F&B, and tourism industries. She’s worked with companies like Accenture and Social Wavelength and has also been the Branch Head for Windchimes, Mumbai. Her graduation in Mass Media followed by LLB helps her understand boundaries and how to break them.
Prerna said, “Moving from purely performance marketing into brand strategy has been exciting for me. I had been doing some consulting work with Wolfzhowl for quite some time before finally deciding to take the plunge. Exciting work that challenges the notions and makes marketing sharper is what drew me to Wolfzhowl in the first place.”
