Janak, with an 18-year track record in Indian Real Estate, served as Executive Director at CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services in Mumbai. He held significant positions at Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank, and Indiaproperties.com, contributing to major American corporations. Noteworthy for shaping India expansion plans for international retailers like Walmart and DeBeers, Janak’s client portfolio demonstrates his trust-building and results-oriented approach.
