It’s all the rage. More on social media than perhaps in workplaces. But some engaging discussions have kept us hooked. Takeouts from one such discussion moderated by Lloyd Mathias featuring some brilliant minds: Employers need to rethink their staffing models and treat employees as individuals. Both need to have some honest conversations and set expectations.
Looking forward to moderating this exciting debate on #moonlighting that’s getting everyone – especially GenZ – hot under the collar.
Great panel including stand-up Papa CJ, Prabir Jha, Heather Gupta, TN Hari and Jagdish Kini.

Pursuing passion projects is actively encouraged by many #advertising agencies and #moonlighting is an open secret in adland.

#DurgaMaa #Pujo #TheSecondQuestion
Navratri and Durga Puja are here and it’s time for some lilting festive advertising. One featured here asks #TheSecondQuestion. Elsewhere, there’s a pandal where one can take their four-legged friends too. Inclusivity comes in many forms. And festivals are a good time to engage in the pursuit of inclusivity.

We knew he had it in him. Now, he has arrived. Let’s hope Suryakumar Yadav’s run continues through the ICC Men’s World Cup.

#StopTheBeautyTest
There have been multiple viewpoints expressed on the recent Dove campaign, the second edition of #StopTheBeautyTest. While appreciation and criticism on creative work must be heard, some are just too ridiculous and funny. Like accusing the brand of being Hinduphobic for launching the campaign at the start of Navratri. Or explaining the benefits of applying besan on one’s face. Thankfully, this is a loose canon. By far, there has been more appreciation for the initiative from Dove than criticism.
Dove’s #stopthebeautytest campaign has revealed the second leg of its promotional campaign covering a harsh truth about society. Find out more here: https://t.co/Q8opKicPti

#IranProtests #MahsaAmini
You cannot be online and miss this. Far away from any semblance of peace, Iran is burning with the fury of protestors and brutal clampdown on them by the rulers. In a welcome change from former President Obama’s first reaction to the 2009 protests, Joe Biden has spoken up. Will world leaders follow? Even if leaders exercise restraint, people across the world have decided that they will not be silent spectators.
American actress and filmmaker Angelina Jolie on #IranProtests and #MahsaAmini: "Women don’t need their morals policed, their minds re-educated, or their bodies controlled. They need freedom to live and breathe without violence or threats. To the women of Iran. We see you." pic.twitter.com/ygBfi4UNRn

This is #NiloofarHamedi. She was the first to report on transferring #MahsaAmini to a hospital in Tehran. Niloofar was arrested on Sep 22 for her courageous reporting. Since then, dozens of journalists & 1000s of people have been arrested. Cowards! #مهسا_امینی #Iranprotests pic.twitter.com/dQgmuhaExQ
