Through the second year of the pandemic, debates have raged on about how the future of work is going to look like. There is no denying the efficiency of working in an office space. It gives you much-needed context, the right energy and helps you build better professional relationships. Sure, there are distractions just like at home, but nothing beats a face-to-face conversation especially if it’s a difficult one.
At Voiro, we have been through a tumultuous journey of growing our team 4x while working completely remotely and hurtling through the production & release of a massive launch of redesigning the user interface and experience of a highly complex product.
Armed with all the learning we have had with our customers, Voiro is doubling down on its mission of being the single source of revenue truth to our customers.
With that as our focus, we have a five-pronged approach to strengthen our journey in 2022.
Configurability:
As advertising becomes more and more lucrative for any type of business with the real and digital world colliding more than ever before, the need for Voiro to be highly configurable and cover all kinds of business use cases is the order of the day. While the fundamentals of advertising may remain the same, how a company tracks its revenue, how we receive that data, and what context it is presented to the end-user cannot be a tedious affair. We see most companies “in housing” parts of ad tech to manage innovation and costs and that is fast becoming our easiest hurdle to tackle. Configurability promises control to our users.
Hyper Customer Care:
Attrition is a real problem in business continuity. Couple that with a new employee’s learning curve of a system that your company runs their revenue lifecycle on is a double-edged sword. Our commitment is to ensuring that business runs as usual with minimal disruption and teams are continuously engaged to learn how to leverage Voiro to achieve revenue objectives. Given the deep understanding of each of our customers’ businesses, Voiro makes a perfect platform to set up our users for success across the monetization workflow. This is our promise of hyper care.

Staying ahead and driving deeper integrations with our partner ecosystem is one of the many ways we want to make it easier for our customers to access instant value. We count ad servers, DSPs, Ad solutions for broadcast and streaming tech, and blockchain-based CDPs as part of our core partner ecosystem. Our focus on partnerships is to drive faster time to value for our customers by enabling ready understanding and integrations.
New Frontiers:
Keeping a keen eye out for new frontiers where Voiro can power efficient & optimize monetization teams across companies in Connected TV, Telecommunication and Gaming is an exciting and promising opportunity for Voiro in the coming year. In order to do so, we want to keep Voiro’s product capabilities open to easily take on new frontiers.
