Mumbai: Sony Pictures Networks India (SPN), the official broadcasters of the VIVO IPL continues its success story in the 2nd week; with 24.4 million impressions as compared to 18.1 million last year. The VIVO IPL 2017 matches are being broadcast on Sony MAX, Sony SIX and Sony ESPN

- VIVO IPL 2017 sets new benchmarks with a cumulative reach of 295 million viewers across 13 matches making it the highest ever cumulative reach across 10 years of VIVO IPL.
- VIVO IPL garners greater stickiness in 2017 with a 41% growth in time spent from 48 minutes to 67 minutes across the first 13 matches.
- Sony MAX takes over as the Number 1 television channel with a 15% growth over the number 2 channel (Sun TV) in India and a phenomenal 97% growth over the no. 2 channel in HSM.
- Viewership of VIVO IPL on SONY SIX has grown by 81% over last year across 13 matches. The growth seen across the entire sports cluster (SONY SIX, SONY SIX HD, SONY ESPN, SONY ESPN HD) is 49% over last year.
