Mumbai: TVS Motor Company has appointed Visvanathan Sambasivam as the new Head of Marketing Research.
In his new role, Sambasivam will lead the company’s marketing research initiatives, driving consumer insights and strategic marketing decisions for the renowned two-wheeler manufacturer.
Before joining TVS Motor Company, Visvanathan Sambasivam served as Head of Retail / Etail at Nielsen IQ, where he played a key role in driving retail insights for clients. He shared the news of his appointment on LinkedIn, saying, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Marketing Research at TVS Motor Company!”
Visvanathan brings over two decades of experience in the marketing and research industry. His professional journey includes significant tenures at Kantar (2014-2020) and CavinKare (2007-2014), where he honed his expertise in consumer insight, brand management, and marketing strategy. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Pondicherry University.
With his extensive experience in marketing management, revenue and profit growth, and brand strategy, Visvanathan’s addition is expected to strengthen TVS Motor Company’s marketing capabilities, helping the company better understand consumer trends and deliver innovative solutions to meet the needs of its customers.
