Vertoz Advertising Limited has reported its Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022.
The company registered consolidated Net Revenue at Rs 4160.64 Lakhs for FY22as against Rs 5,700.40 Lakhs in FY21, a decrease by 27.01 pc. EBIDTA stood at Rs 1180.39 Lakhs in FY22 as against Rs 1432.94 Lakhs in FY21.Consolidated Profit after Tax from continuing operations stood at Rs 610.35 Lakhs as against Rs818.47 Lakhs in FY21, decreased by 25.43 pc. While the Standalone Net Revenue stood at Rs2051.50 Lakhs, a 23.73 pc increase over FY21 and Standalone Profit after Tax from continuing operations at Rs 370.33 Lakhs, increased by 33.74 pc over the same period last year.
For the Q4 FY22 the company registered a Consolidated Net Revenue of Rs 1000.20 Lakhs, a 61.57 pc decrease over the same quarter in the preceding year. Consolidated Profit after Tax from continuing operations stood at Rs182.75 Lakhs, decreased by 41.15 pc over the same period last year. While the Standalone Net Revenue stood at Rs 569.10 Lakhs, a 36.08 pc increase over the same Quarter in the preceding year and Standalone Profit after Tax from continuing operations atRs 142.11 Lakhs, increased by 2786.17 pc over the same period last year.
Hirenkumar Shah, Whole-time Director of the Company stated, “The company has witnessed a remarkable EBITDA & PAT Margins Year-to-Year in the MADTech Industry.”
He further added, “While revenues and profit were marginally impacted due to delays in offtake by customers on account of COVID-19, however, our business demonstrated very strong growth. We continue to be cautiously optimistic about the increase in the market share across the business group.”
