Mumbai: Vedant Mahajan, the 26-year-old entrepreneur and owner of MVM Entertainment, has taken a bold step in expanding his business portfolio by acquiring a stake in Flite, a cutting-edge US-based ticketing platform valued at $14 million.
In a social media post, Vedant shared his excitement about the acquisition and the strong alignment between Flite and MVM Entertainment. He noted the difficulties his company faced in finding a reliable ticketing partner, citing issues like late payments, lack of guest profiling, and poor dynamic pricing with other providers. “Flite’s tech completely changed the game, addressing all our challenges and providing insights we didn’t even know we needed,” he said.
Vedant was particularly impressed by Flite’s founders, who built the platform from scratch while studying at NYU, without any external funding. “Their vision blew me away, and I knew I had to get involved,” he added.
Known for curating exclusive events and working with A-list celebrities, Vedant’s foray into the ticketing space with Flite is poised to bring innovative solutions to the event industry, enhancing the experience for organizers and guests alike.
