Right from the way it looks to the kind of content it will back, PEIL is all set to enter its 25th year with dreams and excitement of a 25 year young!
Fresh from the announcement of signing three new age directors, PEIL unveils its new logo.
Speaking on the logo, Vashu Bhagnani says with a shy smile, “PEIL has a cult association with comedy, but its origin is all about romance.’’ On probing further, he adds, “Pooja, as most of us know is my wife’s name and it was my desire to bring the world to her that led me to pursue my passion for films. The logo stands for Pooja and the team spirit of PEIL that continues to stride forward, bravely taking on the highs and lows of show business.”
As Pooja Entertainment enters into a new phase, Jackky Bhagnani candidly admits that he has big shoes to fill in. “When we redesigned the logo, we wanted to stay true to what PEIL stands for. The soul of PEIL is passion, team spirit, great music and innovative relatable content. The look is new, the milestones are new, but the soul remains the same,” says Jackky Bhagnani.
Vashu Bhagnani’s conviction and passion for cinema has resulted in several blockbusters, that continues to endear viewers across the years and across platforms.
Talking about the timeless connect with viewers, Deepshikha Deshmukh says, “We want everyone that associates with PEIL to feel like a part of the family, the new logo captures that spirit and we strive to live it each day. PEIL has been built with a lot of grit and hardwork but above all warmth and that’s what sets us apart.”
PEIL has already announced two big projects this year namely -Coolie No 1 starring Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan, scheduled to go on floors this August and Jawaani Jaaneman starring Saif Ali Khan and Alaia F which is already on floors in London. It has also signed talented filmmakers including Rahi Anil Barve, Vijay Lalwani and Nitin Kakkar to build on their brand of high-on entertainment & content-driven films.
