Ultra Play features India’s first OTT app ‘Har Pal Filmy’, showcasing over 2000 Hindi film classics across Bollywood’s golden eras from the 1950s. Offering blockbusters and hidden gems, including works by legendary icons like Guru Dutt and Raj Kapoor, it provides a unique chance to revisit cinematic treasures.
Sushilkumar Agrawal, CEO, Ultra Media & Entertainment Group said “Over the years, Ultra has acquired thousands of titles in Hindi, Marathi & other languages. Moreover, starting our own OTT apps was a logical business extension. Old Hindi films & songs have a nostalgic value & are a driving force for these apps. We’re also exploring opportunities to expand into other languages with future OTT platforms”.
To mark the launch, a new TVC captures the platform’s dedication to bringing classic Hindi cinema to life. Ultra Play offers exclusive Hindi content, simplifying choices for viewers with original series and films by Ultra and partner production houses.
