I saw a significant gap in the market for a service that could not only react to these challenges but proactively shape a brand’s digital reputation. The growing accessibility for customers to share their opinions about businesses online, mainly through social media, creates a need for companies to monitor and manage their online reputation actively.

Looking back, I am proud of how far we’ve come. From a humble beginning with few clients to working with diversified clients and managing their digital perceptions, improving brand visibility, we have come a long way.
