New Delhi: Tata Capital, an Associate Sponsor of the Women’s Premier League (WPL), has unveiled its latest campaign, “Game Bolega,” for the third season of the league. The campaign is a testament to Tata Capital’s continued commitment to fostering inclusivity and empowering women’s cricket by celebrating the true spirit of the sport—where skill, determination, and performance take precedence over perceptions.
The “Game Bolega” campaign, which features some of the finest players from WPL, including Smriti Mandhana, Jemimah Rodrigues, Deepti Sharma, Harleen Deol, and Yastika Bhatia, conveys a powerful message: “Ab hum nahi, humara game bolega.” The slogan reinforces the belief that the game itself speaks volumes about the players’ talents, rather than outdated stereotypes.
A gripping teaser video and rap anthem film form the backbone of the campaign, highlighting the extraordinary skill and talent of women cricketers, while challenging societal norms and celebrating the immense contribution of women to the sport.
Tata Capital’s association with WPL for Season 3 underscores their unwavering support for women’s cricket. The season kicks off on February 14 in Vadodara, where the “Game Bolega” campaign will take center stage across Tata Capital’s social media platforms, engaging fans with interactive content, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and exciting contests. The league will progress from Vadodara to Bengaluru, Lucknow, and culminate in the playoffs and final in Mumbai.
Speaking about the campaign, Abonty Banerjee, Chief Operating Officer – Digital and Marketing at Tata Capital, shared, “Our continued association with WPL reflects our belief in the transformative power of sports. By challenging stereotypes and celebrating the spirit of the sport, ‘Game Bolega’ aims to inspire athletes and fans while highlighting the increasing influence of women’s cricket on the broader sporting landscape.”
