Tata 1mg Labs, a diagnostics chain of pathology labs, has partnered with dentsu X India, the media agency from dentsu India, to launch ‘Trust What You See’ print campaign.
The campaign aims to showcase the accuracy and quality checks involved in the lab’s sampling processes, highlighting their commitment to delivering reliable diagnostic services.
dentsu X India handled the media planning strategy, integrating the campaign video into print publications through print frames. Readers could access the video by scanning a QR code on the last page of the newspaper, providing a glimpse into the lab’s operations.
The campaign provides an exclusive tour of Tata 1mg Labs’ National Reference Lab in Delhi, showcasing its word facilities and processes. It emphasises the quality standards maintained for every sample, with Dr. Prashant Nag, Clinical Head of Tata 1mg Labs, addressing common queries and concerns about sample handling and processing.
