Tarun Chaudhary has joined Rediffusion as Executive Vice President and Head of North India operations. He will be based at the agency’s Gurgaon office and oversee the Delhi and Chandigarh offices of Rediffusion.
A seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in diverse roles across multiple domains including advertising, sports marketing, consumer tech, digital media, and event management, Tarun started his career in 1998 with Rediffusion in Bangalore, followed by a stint at Delhi. He has subsequently had stints with leading ad agencies including Mudra, JWT and DaikoFHO.
Tarun Chaudhary has worked on major Indian and multinational brands/ organisations including Nestle, Godfrey Phillips, PNB Housing Finance, Kenstar, Electrolux, Mitsubishi Motors, Philips, BPL, Mc Dowell’s, Hain Celestial, Central Park, Krisumi, and others.
In 2007, Tarun took time out to pursue his passion in sports, first completing a Master in Sport Administration from AISTS Switzerland, popularly known as IOC Master (International Olympic Committee), ranked as the top institute for sport management studies in multiple global rankings. He came back and set up Sports Marketing at Dentsu in 2008, where he also led the creation of arguably the country’s first successful mass fantasy gaming portal Indian Fantasy League. In 2011, set up Sports Marketing and Events division at Innocean, and led Hyundai’s sponsorship of the 2011 Cricket World Cup, when India lifted the trophy for the second time at the Wankhede after a wait of almost 30 years. He subsequently led the setting up of FC Barcelona’s India project. From humble beginnings of short duration training camps, the project today trains over 5K kids across the country.
Tarun has also served as the CEO of Indian Aces, the exclusive Indian franchise in the International Premier Tennis League (IPTL).

Rediffusion recently announced the appointment of Adrian Mendonza as Head of Creative at its Gurgaon office. Tarun will partner Adrian in leading the North operations.
