Mumbai: Swastik expands digital team: Jitendra Joshi as Head of Digital Monetisation & Brand Partnerships, focusing on content monetization & ad revenue, and Smita Roy as Head of Digital Operations, responsible for enhancing digital presence & delivering exceptional content to wider audience.
Jitendra Joshi and Smita Roy from Mumbai have immediate appointments reporting to Siddharth Kumar Tewary.
Jitendra, with 17 years in media and advertising sales, excelled at strategizing for TV properties like Kaun Banega Crorepati and Indian Idol. His expertise covers various genres including GEC, Sports, and Music channels. At Sony Pictures Networks, he led Sony MAX 2, nurturing innovation and achieving high team retention rates.
With over 17 years of experience in banking, media, and entertainment, Smita held positions at J P Morgan Chase, CNBC TV18, Qyuki Digital Media, Eros Now, and Hungama Digital before joining Swastik.
