Bangalore: The Ad Club Bangalore hosted its electrifying annual football tournament from April 19th to 21st at the South United Football Club, RBANMS Ground in Ulsoor. The three-day event saw 11 top advertising, Media and Digital agencies in Bangalore battle it out on the field, fostering camaraderie and showcasing their competitive spirit.
In an intense and befitting final, Stirred Creative emerged victorious, defeating Mediacom by a score of 2-0. The entire tournament was a display of exceptional talent, with players showcasing their skills and passion for the beautiful game.
Highlighting Individual Brilliance:
- Best Player: The coveted title of Best Player went to Sergio from Stirred Creative, whose exceptional performance throughout the tournament was instrumental in their victory.
- Women Player of the Tournament: A special recognition was given to Ananya Sreedharan Women Player of the Tournament, awarded to a talented player from Born HI Digital . This award acknowledges the growing role of women in the advertising industry and on the football field.
- Best Goalkeeper: Zuhair Hamza from Mad About Digital (MAD) impressed everyone with his agility and reflexes, earning him the well-deserved title of Best Goalkeeper.
In the Spirit of Teamwork and Sportsmanship:
The tournament provided an opportunity for advertising professionals from various agencies – including Wirality, Freeflow, Phantom, Schbang, Stirred Creative, Dentsu, MAD, Initiative Media, Madison, Born HI and Mediacom – to come together, build relationships, and celebrate their love for the sport.
