Mumbai: Anupamaa, the family drama series that aired on Star Plus last year is set for a repeat telecast on Star Utsav from 12th July every Monday to Sunday at 9:30 pm. The series is based on Star Jalsha’s Bengali series Sreemoyee.
This monsoon the channel is all set to introduce a story that will resonate with every woman. Anupamaa – A married homemaker with a seemingly picture-perfect family. Her life revolves around her husband, three grown children, and her in-laws. Anupamaa has nurtured her family with selfless love, dedication, and hard work. All that she cares for is her family’s happiness and wellbeing and yet all her efforts always go unnoticed and unappreciated.
Star Utsav taps and engages the rural corners of India while keeping at pace with the urban audience. Catering to primarily the women audience, the channel’s new offering is in sync with its viewer’s needs and will provide entertainment enthusiasts their daily dose of entertainment.

Anupamaa brings an ensemble cast that includes renowned names such as Rupali Ganguly (plays Anupamaa), Sudhanshu Pandey (plays Vanraj Shah), Madalsa Sharma (plays Kavya), Muskan Bamne (plays Pakhi Shah), Paras Kalnawat (plays Samar Shah), Aashish Mehrotra (plays Paritosh Shah), Alpana Buch (plays Baa aka Leela Shah) and Arvind Vaidya (plays Baapu Ji aka Hasmukh Shah). The show is from the house of Director’s Kut Productions, the production house which has introduced iconic shows on Indian TV.
