The award was presented at a ceremony in New Delhi, where the Honourable President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, conferred the honour.

This service features real-time sign language interpreters and specialized descriptive commentary, allowing Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, and Visually Impaired viewers to fully experience the excitement of the game. By simplifying the broadcast without compromising the viewing experience, this initiative fosters the joy of community viewing, enabling all fans to enjoy live sporting action on a single feed. Through this pioneering effort, Star Sports aims to reach a broader and more diverse audience, ensuring no fan is left behind.
