Sony Pictures Television Networks Asia has hired Nirav Haji to lead affiliate sales for the region.
The former Star and Turner executive joins from Bright Lights Media, a company he co-founded three years ago.
Haji has a brief to lead sales, distribution and expansion of the networks’ five entertainment channels, AXN, Sony Channel, Animax, ONE and GEM.
He replaces Ling Sze Gan, who has moved on to NBCUniversal Networks.
