Mumbai: Maddock Films has appointed Sonia Huria as its Head of Brand, Consumer, and Social Communications. Huria’s most recent role was as Head of Communications at Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios.
Sonia brings over 21 years of extensive experience in media and entertainment, with expertise in brand positioning, crisis management, media relations, and digital strategy.

Sonia’s career trajectory includes prominent roles at Viacom18 Media, Genesis Burson-Marsteller, Burson-Marsteller, and Weber Shandwick, where she started as an Associate in 2002. She holds a PG Diploma in PR & Corporate Communication from Xavier Institute of Communications.
In her new role, Sonia is expected to drive Maddock Films’ brand and communication strategies, focusing on creating cohesive and engaging experiences for audiences while amplifying the studio’s storytelling excellence across platforms.
