Bangalore: Britannia Industries Ltd. is set to appoint Siddharth Gupta as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), replacing Amit Doshi, who resigned from the role on January 31, 2025. Doshi’s last working day will be March 17, 2025.
Gupta, currently the General Manager – Marketing for Premium Creams, Crackers, Marie, and Milk Biscuits, has been with Britannia since 2018. With extensive experience in the FMCG sector, he previously spent a decade at Colgate-Palmolive India, where he specialized in brand management, innovations, and the toothbrush segment.
An alumnus of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Gupta also holds a commerce degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics.
His appointment comes at a time when Britannia is strengthening its market presence and innovation pipeline in the highly competitive biscuits and dairy segment. His leadership is expected to further drive the company’s brand strategy and growth trajectory.
