Mumbai: Croma, India’s leading electronics retail chain, has announced the elevation of Shibashish Roy as its new Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Previously serving as the Chief Executive Officer, Shibashish has been an integral part of the company since 2021, driving strategic growth and enhancing customer experience.
Sharing the news of his promotion on LinkedIn, Shibashish Roy expressed, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as CEO and MD at Croma!”
Bringing over two decades of experience, Shibashish has had an illustrious career across multiple Tata Group companies, including Tata Administrative Services, Tata Sons Limited, Tata Capital, Tata Motors, and Tata Steel. He began his professional journey as an engineer at Voltas in 2002 and has since built a strong reputation for his leadership in retail and consumer electronics.
With his proven track record of delivering excellence, Shibashish is set to lead Croma into its next phase of growth, reinforcing its commitment to offering the best electronics ownership experience for Indian consumers.
