Shemaroo Bhakti has launched several aspiring talents and introduced various unique initiatives to offer a range of quality content to its devotional consumers.
Through this new initiative, Shemaroo Bhakti is planning to give more exposure to the local artists and labels in India by ensuring the content reaches a wider audience via marketing it across its digital platforms that include Shemaroo’s YouTube channel network which has over 10 million subscribers, social media which has 1.8 million followers, ShemarooMe, its OTT app, and other partner channels on DTH and Cable TV. Additionally, it will also be distributed across leading online music stores such as Spotify, Gaana, Wynk, Hungama, Amazon Music, JioSavaan, iTunes amongst others.
In the recent past, Shemaroo Bhakti has acquired music labels like Gunjan Music, Anish Cassettes, Sagarika Bengali, etc. It has also acquired works of renowned singers like Suresh Wadekar, Anup Jalota, Shankar Mahadevan, Anuradha Paudwal, Khesari Lal, Lakhabir Singh Lakkha, amongst others.
