Servotech Power Systems has announced the appointment of Dr. Rajesh Mohan Rai as Chief Human Resource Officer, with effect from 15th December, 2022. The appointment comes as a strategic move to help the company enhance talent and organisational capabilities.
A recipient of Business Coaching Leadership Award, Fabulous HR Leaders of The World 2021, and India’s 50 Best HR Leaders 2021 among other accolades, Dr. Rajesh Mohan Rai earlier an independent director with the organisation, is now re-designated as a whole-time director in the company. With over 32 years of experience under his belt, Dr. Rajesh Mohan Rai is a renowned HR strategist and business coach, previously holding key positions in different organisations. Prior to his arrival at Servotech, he was in charge as Principal Consultant – Director at HR Anexi, Director- Human Resources at Nivio Technologies Pvt. Ltd., HR Regional Head (South) at Aviva Life Insurance Co. Ltd., and Head of Recruitment & HR (RGE & Services) at Microsoft Corporation, among others.
A John Mattone Certified Executive Coach (Advance Mastery), Dr. Rai has been pivotal in leading the HR function, particularly specialising in recruitment, employee relations, and employee engagement. In his capacity as CHRO at Servotech, he will leverage his decades of experience and oversee the functioning of the HR department, contributing towards the personnel development and growth of the company.
