Bengaluru: Claypond Capital, the family investment office of renowned healthcare entrepreneur Dr. Ranjan Pai, has appointed Sekhar Garisa as its new Managing Director. The move signals Claypond Capital’s continued focus on deepening its support for high-potential Indian startups and founders.
Garisa brings with him nearly two decades of diverse experience spanning entrepreneurship and leadership roles across FMCG, consumer internet, high-tech, and consulting sectors. Most recently, he served as President of Product Businesses at Quess Corp, where he played a pivotal role in transforming Foundit into one of the country’s leading talent management platforms. His previous stints include leadership roles at Microsoft, McKinsey & Company, and Procter & Gamble. An alumnus of IIM Lucknow, Garisa also holds an engineering degree from NIT Warangal.
