Mumbai: Masoom Minawala has officially announced her exit from Schbang MMaximise after a successful two-year tenure as Co-Founder. Having played a pivotal role in shaping the company, driving it to profitability, and establishing it as a thriving platform for talent, Masoom is now set to embark on new entrepreneurial ventures, including her show and other business initiatives.
As part of this transition, Schbang will be acquiring Masoom’s shares in Schbang MMaximise, consolidating the talent management subsidiary under its umbrella. This move will see Schbang MMaximise merging into Schbang Fluence, the company’s influencer management arm. The talent representation business will now be known as Represent by Schbang Fluence, marking a significant evolution in Schbang’s commitment to influencer marketing and talent management.
Reflecting on her journey, Masoom Minawala shared, “Building Schbang MMaximise has been an incredibly fulfilling journey. Following this transition, Schbang Fluence, led by Divisha Iyer, will take charge of the merged talent representation business. Divisha, who has over 12 years of industry experience, including seven years at Schbang, has been at the forefront of leading and transforming multiple departments within the company. Under her leadership, alongside core team members Sneh Chheda and Vaishnavi Thirumalai, Represent by Schbang Fluence aims to drive impactful brand collaborations with strategic expertise and industry foresight.
