Mumbai: The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), a digital-first real estate platform, has appointed Saurabh Jain as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). With over two decades of cross-industry marketing experience, Jain will lead the company’s brand strategy, digital initiatives, and consumer engagement as HoABL continues to disrupt the land ownership space.
Jain joins HoABL from Zydus Wellness, where he served as Chief Digital Excellence Officer. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in accelerating digital transformation, scaling data analytics, content strategies, and marketing for leading wellness brands like Glucon-D, Complan, Everyuth, Nycil, and Sugar Free. Jain was instrumental in driving digital-first strategies that aligned with Zydus Wellness’s vision for the health and nutrition sector. He stepped down from his role in January 2025, concluding a transformative stint as part of Zydus Wellness’s executive committee.
Prior to Zydus, Jain spent over 12 years at Reckitt Benckiser, holding multiple leadership roles, including Global Brand Director (Pest Control) and Head of Veet for Developing Markets. He successfully led strategy and P&L delivery across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America, managing over $200 million in business and launching record-breaking campaigns that significantly boosted market share.
Jain’s appointment comes at a crucial time for HoABL as it expands aggressively in the digital-first land investment space. The company has been at the forefront of revolutionizing the land ownership experience for new-age investors, with a strong focus on brand building, digital innovation, and technology-driven consumer engagement.
Jain holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Bhopal.
