Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar says it is his last Sunday with Sundae. For when it is close to your heart, a car has a fond name, is associated with fonder memories and it’s never just a car. Used-cars buying and selling platform Spinny has launched a campaign themed “It’s never just a car” in keeping with the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup.
In the brand film, Tendulkar reminisces the good times with the car, his happy place. What follows is a trip down memory lane thinking about long drives, scenic spots and the tender care he treated his car with. For when it is time to upgrade, he must find someone who will cherish his car like he did.
The campaign has been conceptualised by Tanya Mahendru and directed by Bharat Sikka.
