In his new role, Chidananda will spearhead Routematic’s people strategy, talent development, and organizational culture, fostering a high-performance and inclusive workplace. With a keen focus on sustainable growth and employee well-being, his leadership is set to drive the company’s next phase of expansion.
Chidananda Murthy brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience with global brands. Prior to joining Routematic, he led the HR function for Walmart Global Sourcing across India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan, where he was instrumental in business expansion, talent retention programs, talent reviews, succession planning, and streamlining HR operations in the region. His previous roles at Nokia Networks, IBM, Oracle, and Huawei further underline his expertise in HR strategy, post-M&A integrations, leadership development, and workforce transformation.
