Neelanjan Dasgupta has been promoted to Vice President (Creative Strategy and Innovations). Formerly the Creative Head (West), Neelanjan has been instrumental in delivering award-winning campaigns and onboarding major clients such as JSW Steel, MTV, Amazon Mini TV, and IDFC First Bank. , “RepIndia has taught me everything I know about advertising. Durgesh Tiwari transitions to Associate Vice President (Listening, ORM, and Analytics). Under his leadership, the team has grown from 20 to 100+, significantly advancing RepIndia’s capabilities in social listening and analytics. Durgesh has been pivotal in acquiring clients like NPCI, Subway, and Hyderabad Airport, driving the agency’s international expansion.
Sanya Sitlani is now Associate Vice President (Planning and Growth). Previously an Account Director, Sanya played a critical role in acquiring prominent clients such as JBL, Pearl Academy, and Zydus LifeSciences, broadening RepIndia’s portfolio and market reach. “We’re heavily involved in a wide range of initiatives—from pitches to strategy for existing clients, and reviewing work across accounts,” she shared.
Guru Mishra steps into the role of Senior Vice President (Digital Media and Buying). Guru has grown the digital media team significantly, bringing in major clients such as Haldirams, Fortis, and FujiFilm. “When I joined RepIndia, the team was just 2 members. Today, it’s grown to over 18 members. The journey has been rewarding, and I look forward to leading our media operations into the future,” he noted.
Nitin Sharma has been promoted to Associate Vice President (Search). Known for enhancing the agency’s search marketing expertise, Nitin’s leadership has driven success with clients like Hero MotoCorp, Kajaria Ceramics, and Merino Laminates. His team has grown to over 20 members, solidifying RepIndia’s search marketing capabilities.
