Mumbai: RepIndia has confirmed the appointment of Durgesh Tiwari who joins the leading independent digital agency as a Senior Account Director – ORM. In his new role, Durgesh will be leading a team of 45+ young and passionate individuals who are responsible for tracking and analyzing consumer sentiment, protecting brand identity on digital, enhancing brand perception and reputation, and handling SEO for reputed clients. Additionally, he will also oversee 24×7 social CRM and will play a leading role in utilizing social intelligence and consumer data to optimize the ROI for clients.
Previously, Durgesh held the position of Group Account Director at Innocean Worldwide India (IWI) for almost three years. He was responsible for client relationships along with content planning, social CRM, brand reputation and influencer strategy for Hyundai Motor India & Hyundai MOBIS India.
He also spent five and a half years at digital agency Interactive Avenues before his stint with Innocean. There, he led the team responsible for managing command centres, social CRM, consumer intelligence and data analytics. He has also worked on major brands like Coca-Cola India, Honda Cars India, OPPO Mobiles, ITC, SONY India, Canon, and UBER, to name a few. Durgesh is a Maths graduate (B.Sc.) with a post-graduate diploma in management (PGDM).
