Chennai: One of the most respected Media Professional and the former CEO of New Gen Media and Puthiyathalaimurai TV is set for a plunge in to print Media, by display his penning skills, to start a brand new motivation series on tips to develop Leadership Qualities titled “Thambi… ThalamaiyerkaVaa” (that means “Brother – Come forward to Lead”) on edutainment vernacular Magazine “Puthiyathalaimurai – Kalvi” that targets students and youths across Tamil Nadu.
Through this motivation series Shyam hopes to share his vast knowledge of management skills and inculcate essential qualities required for leadership to the future generation. He has derived the title of the series from popular phrases in TN political arena based on the famous calling “Thambi Vaa… Thalaimai yerka Vaa…” given by Ex CM CN Annadurai to Kalaignar Karunanidhi and now it was given to MK Stalin.
Apparently, Shyam has been working on this series during his leisure time in the past, as part of his initiative to give back to the society and empower the future generation with essential qualities that will be able to boost their career growth prospect.
Speaking on his new initiative RBU Shyam Kumar said, “Being a student of English literature, I always had a flair for writing, this is a part time attempt to channelise the energy of today’s youth and build leadership especially among the rural population. Need of the hour is quality leadership”.
