According to the latest RAM Ratings of week 39 for the four Indian metros for the period 20th September to 26th, the following are the status of listener-ship for various FM Stations:
Mumbai
Big FM stood strong at top spot in Mumbai market with 19.2 per cent of total market shares. With 16.9 per cent of listenership pie, Radio City occupied second position and Fever FM stood at third spot with 15.3 per cent shares.
Radio Mirchi remained at fourth spot with 12.8 per cent of total market shares, followed by Red FM with 10.7 per cent shares.
Big FM’s Suhana Safar with Anu Kapoor occupied the top spot in the list of top shows, followed by Big FM’s Suhana Safar with Anu Kapoor
Kolkata
With 20.2 per cent of total market shares, Radio Mirchi maintained its lead among the Kolkata FM radio players. Big FM stood at second position with 14.6 per cent of listenership pie, followed by Fever FM with 13.2 per cent shares.
Oye FM and Aamar FM occupied fourth and fifth spot with 10.7 and 9.5 per cent of total market shares, respectively.
Radio Mirchi’s Kaali Kotha with RJ Jaganath and Radio Mirchi’s Breakfast show with RJ Mir, bagged the top two positions in the list, whereas Big FM’s Breakfast Show with RJ Khas occupied the third spot.
New Delhi
Fever FM topped the chart once again in capital city with 19.4 per cent of listenership pie. Radio Mirchi stood at second spot with 14.5 per cent of total market shares, followed by Radio City with 12.7 per cent shares.
Big FM and Red FM occupied fourth and fifth position with 12.5 and 10.3 per cent of listenership pie, respectively.
Fever FM’s Evening Drive with RJ Nitin and Full on Punjabi with RJ Avinash occupied the top two spots in the list of top shows, followed by DilliKe Do Dabang with RJ Manu and Abhilash.
Bangalore
In Bangalore market, Radio City led the chart once again with 22.5 per cent of listenership pie, followed by rival Big FM with 20.8 per cent shares. At third position was Radio Mirchi with 17.2 per cent of total market shares.
Fever FM remained at fourth spot with 13.8 per cent of listenership pie and Red FM occupied fifth position with 7.5 per cent shares.
Big FM’s Big Coffe with RJ Shruti led the chart among the highest rated shows, followed by Radio City’s City Mathu with RJ Rachna and Radio Mirchi’s Hi Bengaluru with RJ Smitha.
