While he is a Fire Brand in professional front, he is very emotional person in his personal life. His care and attachment towards his mother is an example that many can learn from him and this affection towards his mother drive him deep towards the social cause of Empowering Women.

On Social front he is a crusader of Women Empowerment and he actively associating with initiatives like Colors WE! Women Empower’, a unique crowd-funding campaign for the `WE! Udaan Scholarship’.
He came down all the way to Bangalore recently to launch ‘WE! Women Empower.’ An initiative By, Of and For the Girls and Women of India, to attempt a first-of-its-kind, never before done, circumnavigation around the Planet in a microlight, by a mother-daughter duo.
While Commenting recently on the association with SheThePeople.TV, Raj Nayak, said, “At Colors, 65% of our employee base comprises of women, and they form the backbone of the organization furthering our business goals. He also launched #SundayIsHerHoliday campaign asking men to take over the Sunday chores of women and when he was asked why Colors is doing this? With five successful seasons of Colors Pinkathon initiative he wanted to raise awareness about the importance of a healthy lifestyle for women and also on issues like breast cancer.
