Mumbai: Raffles Udaipur has appointed Puja Singh as the new Director of Marketing & Communications. With over 16 years of experience in the marketing industry, Ms. Singh brings a wealth of expertise to her new role.
Having previously worked with renowned hotel chains like Hyatt Hotels in India and IHG’s Six Senses in Vietnam, Puja Singh has proven her proficiency in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies. She has led marketing initiatives at IHG’s Six Senses Ninh Van Bay and was responsible for brand development at Ana Mandara Hospitality. Ms. Singh’s experience spans driving brand awareness, crafting targeted campaigns, and enhancing the overall guest experience at luxury properties.
In her new role, Puja will spearhead Raffles Udaipur’s marketing and communications efforts, with the goal of enhancing its profile and establishing a prominent presence in the luxury hospitality market. She will collaborate closely with the management team to develop strategies that elevate the hotel’s visibility, form strategic partnerships, and deliver exclusive experiences to guests.
Throughout her career, Puja has crafted marketing strategies that blend creative conceptualization with strategic collaboration. Her efforts have focused on enhancing brand positioning, increasing guest engagement, and driving revenue growth.
