Mumbai: In a strategic leadership move, Publicis Groupe South Asia has announced the appointment of Paritosh Srivastava as the Chief Executive Officer of BBH India. This role comes in addition to his existing responsibilities as CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi India and Saatchi Propagate India, as well as his position on the Publicis Groupe South Asia leadership team.
Paritosh will work closely with Himanshu Saxena, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, and Parikshit Bhattaccharya, Chief Creative Officer, to steer BBH India’s next phase of strategic growth, while further strengthening the Groupe’s Power of One approach to delivering integrated client solutions.
Joining the leadership team at BBH India is Snehasis Bose, who has been appointed as Group Chief Strategy Officer. Snehasis will continue to hold his current strategic role at Saatchi & Saatchi India and Saatchi Propagate India.
BBH India has seen impressive momentum in recent years, consistently pushing creative boundaries under the leadership of Himanshu and Parikshit. The agency has expanded its client portfolio with standout work for brands such as L’Oréal, Suntory Spirits, Taj Group of Hotels, HDFC Ergo, CaratLane, and Nestlé Milkmaid, among others.
The enhanced leadership lineup is poised to elevate BBH India to greater heights—delivering future-ready solutions and nurturing creative excellence in a rapidly evolving marketing landscape.
With a career spanning over 25 years, Paritosh brings vast experience across categories including FMCG, Beauty & Personal Care, BFSI, alco-bev, telecom, auto, and e-commerce. Since joining Publicis Groupe in 2011, he has been a champion of the Power of One model, leading full-funnel outcomes for marquee brands like Diageo, P&G, Skoda, Renault, Hero, Citi, Zee, and Leela Hotels.
Snehasis, a strategic veteran with over two decades of experience, has made a mark with his leadership across brands such as Hero MotoCorp, ITC, Renault, Audi, Reliance Digital, Zepto, and Nivea. His collaborative partnership with Paritosh has been instrumental in the continued success of the Saatchi network in India.
Himanshu Saxena, who joined BBH India in 2022, brings a multifaceted background spanning advertising, sales, digital marketing, PR, and brand management across top Indian and global companies in South Asia.
Parikshit Bhattacharya, BBH India’s CCO since 2023, is known for his form-defying creativity, having led global campaigns for Apple, Adidas, Airbnb, HSBC, Nissan, and Nestlé, among others. He is the only creative leader in the country to have won Grand Prix at Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, and Dubai Lynx.
