Mumbai: Chambal Media has appointed Priya Thuvassery as Co-CEO. She assumes this leadership role alongside Kavita Bundelkhandi, succeeding Pooja Pande. Thuvassery, previously the Director at Chambal Media, has been a vital part of the organization since 2018.

Thuvassery brings a wealth of experience to her new position. Prior to joining Chambal Media, she served with prominent organizations such as the International Association of Women in Radio and Television (IAWRT) and NDTV. She has also carved a niche as an acclaimed independent filmmaker and editor.
Her filmography includes titles like Khanabadosh (2009), My Sacred Glass Bowl (2013), Survey Number Zero (2016), Coral Woman (2019), and City Girls (2021), which have earned recognition for their compelling narratives and unique perspectives.
Thuvassery began her professional journey as a Senior Producer at NDTV in 2009, where she honed her expertise in documentaries, creative direction, broadcast television, mentoring, and film production.
Her elevation to Co-CEO marks a significant milestone for Chambal Media as it continues its mission of driving impactful storytelling and amplifying rural narratives.
