Ananta Das has joined Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios as Head – Brand PR for Prime Video APAC. She previously worked for Amazon as Brand Lead – PR.
In her new role, she is responsible for launching and promoting key original series like Made in Heaven, The Family Man, Comicstaan among many others. It also involves proactively spotting and navigating industry and regulatory issues like censorship.
Announcing the new role on her LinkedIn handle, Ananta shared, “I’m excited to share that I am starting a new position as Head – Brand PR, Prime Video APAC at Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios! Prior to this, Ananta worked for Amazon as Brand Lead – PR. Before this, she associated with Johnson & Johnson between 2013 and 2017. Previous to this, she positioned as Manager – Corporate Communications as Colgate Palmolive from 2011 to 2013. Prior to this, she served for Mondelez International as Assistant Manager – Corporate Affairs between 2009 and 2011.
