Gurugram: Policybazaar, an insurance marketplace, has launched its latest brand campaign, ‘Make A Difference,’ shining a spotlight on the dedicated advisors who help families secure their financial future. The campaign acknowledges the perseverance of insurance professionals who navigate unanswered calls, hesitant customers, and the general reluctance toward insurance—knowing that the true value of their work is often realized too late.
The brand film follows a Policybazaar advisor making multiple calls about term life insurance, only to face dismissals. Even in face-to-face meetings, he encounters indifference. However, the narrative shifts when he learns that a ₹2 crore term insurance claim of a past customer has been approved by the insurer. As he visits the family, he is met with gratitude—the policyholder’s wife thanks him for helping her husband make a crucial decision that now ensures their financial security.
