Playtoome Originals aims at 1000 content partnerships this FY

Bengaluru: Playtoome- India’s first online live entertainment platform, has announced the target of 1000 content partnerships this year, under its new vertical- Playtoome Original. Under the new vertical platform, the brand provides an opportunity for music artists to showcase their creations.

Playtoome Originals takes care of distribution, promotion, and monetization of the content for artists that were so far not recognized by many. The first single titled ‘Alvida’- a song composed and sung by renowned Kannada music director Vinay Chandra, and created in the memory of Late Actor Sushant Singh Rajput was launched under Playtoome Original in February this year and received an overwhelming response.

“We knew this was the right time for the launch of Playtoome originals. Since the launch in February 2021, we have seen the number of viewers going up. We have already tied up with content creators so that we can help them with the post-production part including- distribution, monetization, and promotion. The content is accessible across different platforms under the banner of Playtoome Originals. This way we are not just a platform anymore, but also enablers of quality content. To widen the portfolio, we are in aggressive talks with performing arts organizations, Studio’s PAN India, to explore content collaborations giving 100s of talent the first stage,” said Keerthivasan Subramanian- Founder & CEO, Playtoome.

After hosting over 2000+ live performances, the brand launched the new vertical Playtoome Originals. The new platform shall provide hundreds of creations like songs, dance, drama, etc., under Playtoome Original by the year-end.
