The award was presented in Las Vegas, recognizing Pandey’s significant contributions to creativity and mentorship in the field.

Celebrated as the “big daddy of Indian advertising,” Pandey has been acknowledged by The Economic Times as the most influential figure in the sector for 14 consecutive years.

Before his long-standing tenure at Ogilvy, which began in 1982, Pandey explored various professions, including cricket and tea tasting. Since becoming Executive Chairman of Ogilvy India in 2004, he has garnered over 600 national and international awards, including the Padma Shri in 2016. Additionally, he was the first Asian to chair the Cannes jury in 2004 and has been instrumental in mentoring emerging creative leaders.
Piyush is also committed to social change, having contributed to campaigns that led India to be declared polio-free in 2014. His books, “Pandeymonium” and “Open House,” reflect his dedication to sharing knowledge with future generations.
