New Delhi: Philips India has introduced the ‘Sleep Saviour’ campaign, in collaboration with its channel partners, to raise awareness about sleep health and ensure better access to therapy for patients suffering from Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). The initiative aims to expand the reach of sleep therapy solutions, especially in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, enabling patients to seek timely care based on clinical recommendations from their healthcare providers.
As per a recent study by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), nearly 104 million Indians suffer from OSA, with many lacking access to advanced medical facilities. With FDA-approved wearable devices making OSA screening more accessible, patients are increasingly seeking solutions from local pharmacies and healthcare providers. Through ‘Sleep Saviour,’ Philips is working to bridge this gap and bring cutting-edge sleep therapy closer to those in need.
The campaign will enhance availability across pharmacy chains and retail outlets, ensuring more individuals get timely interventions for sleep disorders.
