New Delhi: IPM India, the Indian affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI), has appointed Kingshuk Das as Director – People & Culture, effective January 1, 2025. With a distinguished career spanning over 16 years in strategic and operational HR, Kingshuk brings invaluable expertise to support IPM India’s transformational journey towards sustainable and inclusive growth.
PMI’s reputation as a global leader continues to strengthen, with the company recently earning a spot among the top 10 in the Wall Street Journal’s Management Top 250 Annual Company Ranking. Kingshuk Das began his journey with PMI in 2012 and has since held several key roles. His career trajectory includes leading People & Culture Commercial in India, spearheading Talent Management initiatives in Hong Kong, and overseeing People & Culture Commercial operations in Australia. Most recently, he partnered with the Global Operations Organization at PMI’s Operational Centre in Switzerland, contributing significantly to the company’s global HR strategies.
